Acceptance of Terms. By using https://githedogsitter.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Cat Sitting, Dog Boarding, Dog Walking, In-Home Dog Sitting, Dog Supervision, Overnight Dog Sitting provided by Gi The Dog Sitter. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://githedogsitter.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gi The Dog Sitter or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Gi The Dog Sitter makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Gi The Dog Sitter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Gi The Dog Sitter from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. Gi The Dog Sitter may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
